Ingredients:-
1 tsp. Chopped Ginger
1 chopped Green Chilli
1 fistful Mint Leaves
Coriander Leaves
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Cumin Powder
Salt to taste
½ tsp. Black Salt
Ice Cubes
1 bowl Curd
2 bowls Water
Method:-
In a mixer/grinder add the ginger, green chilli, mint leaves, coriander leaves, sugar, water and grind it well. Then add cumin powder, salt, black salt, ice cubes and grind it again. Now add curd and grind it again. After that add water and grind again properly.
Serve chaas chilled or with ice cubes!
